Well, at 1-3/4” long it’s able to increase your magazine’s functional capacity by over 60% – a great advantage if your shotgun is part of your home defense strategy!Its 11/16 ounce shot load and 1,200 fps muzzle velocity also mean that this shell generates relatively less recoil. That’s going to help reduce the amount of time you have to spend restoring your aim after firing each shot. A low-recoil shell is also more comfortable to fire during hunting and target shooting!
This shell may be less powerful than a full-length hunting round, but it’s anything but weak. At close range you would find that 15 supersonic 0.24” diameter lead balls are more than capable of dropping even a large buck, and varmints and immediate threats to your personal safety will not fare any better.
