This is a hunter’s cartridge, perfect for clapping squirrels and other little critters thanks to its 36 grain CPHP. It’s a high-velocity bullet, with a muzzle velocity over 100 fps faster than the speed of sound so it can hug a flat and accurate trajectory. Its copper plating does help a little to keep a barrel from quickly caking up with lead residue, which promotes better accuracy. Its hollow point is the reason the bullet can expand, which excavates a wider and deadlier wound channel into an unlucky critter.

CCI gives their bullets slick and straight brass cases with concentric rims to ensure smooth feeding, chambering and extraction. Their rimfire primers are first rank, and will dependably light up to cycle your firearm and spit out that varmint-killer of a bullet.
