This round lobs a 40 grain bullet out of a rifle’s barrel at a rate of 1,255 fps. That makes it high-velocity: easier to aim thanks to its flat trajectory, and potent enough to fully cycle a semi-automatic rifle or handgun. The lead round nose is a bullet with a pretty self-explanatory name. No copper plating; no nose cavity. Use it to make a steel gong go ping, or to knock some cans off a sawhorse that you no longer particularly care about. You’ll have a great time either way.
