CCI's TNT Green series is designed to efficiently eliminate varmints without running afoul of restrictions on leaded ammunition. These .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire (WMR) cartridges come in boxes of 50 and fire a light 30 grain bullet at a muzzle velocity of 2,050 feet per second. This high velocity results in near-instantaneous fragmentation upon contact with the target and quickly kills everything from squirrels to coyotes.CCI ammunition is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using rimfire-primed brass cases. Posted onI purchased some of these for shooting varmints, i have never had a 22 hollowpoint do much when shooting a small rodent as there just is not enough meat to go through to cause expansion, these definitly expand to devistating effect as it nearly blew the squrill shot in half if you are hunting for meat headshots only!
