• Good, Worked Better than Wolf

  I've just returned from the range after shooting 400 rounds through my BCM sbr. I did have one failure to extract. That's 1:400 which was very good compared to ~3% FTEx with the Wolf-brand. Tula does have a different, smoother finish to its steel cases compared to Wolf. Perhaps that finish difference is the reason.

  Excellent ammo. Never a jam in bushmasters or Windham. The zinc coated bullets are at least 10 - 15% more accurate than conventional jackets. Always smooth and in perfect balance. I've fired probably 2000 rounds before ammo prices went up. I find no issues with quality or power and my chrome bull barrel loves it and the barrel stays much cleaner too with the zinc.
  Only problem I ever had with Tull is sometimes I get zinc coated bullets and sometimes copper jacket. I prefer the zinc coat 10-1 over the copper. The hollow points are great too and I have dropped several large deer thanks to it's accuracy.

  I have Never had a jam with this ammo after shooting 1,000's of rounds ! I have also replaced my ejector clip spring to a heavy duty spring ... and have Never had a jam ... !

  I don't understand where people say this is dirty ammo! I run around 60 -100 rds at the range at a time, and when I clean up, it's not as filthy as I would have expected! No jams shooting rapidly on a 30 rd mag, I asked A World Champion 50 cal shooter friend of mine about jamming and he instructed me to use a very fine grit honing compound and lightly polish the chamber of my firearms! It works guys ..try it! I use it almost exclusively now! Has never jammed!

  As someone else stated, buy a small amount before you buy bulk! My Ruger AR shoots both .223 & 5.56. I've run many rounds of this ammo through it without a problem, however every gun is unique. Cheap rounds for your shooting fun!

  First and foremost, ammoman.com shipped my order very quickly and it arrived very shortly there after. For that I give the company 5 stars. As far as the ammo goes, not so much. It simply would not function in any of my 3 AR15's. Two Bushmasters and one PSA freedom upper with a new frontier armory G15 forged lower. I experienced multiple stuck cases and short strokes with all weapons with this ammunition. That being said My good friends AR pistol ran it just fine. Before buying a bulk of this ammo, purchase a small quantity and make sure it runs in your weapons. Again great company, bad ammo. Will order from this company again in the future.

  as soon as the gun gets hot. Before the 1st 10 round mag this stuff jams up real bad. Happens on both guns we were using. we were using a Glock 19 and HK VP9. Wow what to do with the 980 rounds I have left...

• Cheep range ammo, you get what you pay for.

  This steel cased ammo seems accurate enough. Only problem is stuck cases in some of my ar15s. Cases like to stick and need to be pounded out with a range rod. My ammo checker shows these are a little fat and some of my ar15 chambers might be a little tight. For the range I can deal with a few problems, but for homedefense/ tactical use I use only Federal brass cased and have never had a problem. I just bought another 1000 because it's so cheep.

• Third mag had a stuck round

  brand new firearm, cleaned well before going out the first time to shoot.. Loaded 2 mag's and ran through them with no issues.. 4 rounds into the 5th and a round wouldn't eject.. Could be that my AR needs a little more break in or something, but I have never seen this before.. The round did eventually come out, with no visible damage but we'll see the next time I go out to shoot..

  I didn’t buy from here but ive bought the 223 TULA for years. Some rifles like it, others do not. I have an Adams Arms upper on my AR and sends the 223 TULA down range. When im out at the ranch I use TULA with the kids, and just us adults having a safe and fun day at the range. I prefer to use green tip but, hey, TULA works. I will say TULA is a little dirty, and using a piston system it’s not as bad compared to my DI. I wouldn’t use TULA for hunting or competition. But a day at the range having fun with friends and family it’s good to go.

  This ammo is very low quality. It works, but it is bottom level in comparison, yet price is nearly the same as most other 223/556 at the same price tier, but other brands are far better. This should be sold at .20 cents a round or .10 cents per round in bulk. The cocklord has spoken, I will drop a load on it.

  Good product but I have had 2 casings that never ejected in my ar-15...... People say that it's due to the casing being steel instead of brass. I don't know, but I think I'll try brass the next order and see how it works. So far 2 jams out of 500 rounds. I'm going to shoot the other 500 and see how it does.

  I learned from the start, plenty of lubricant prior to using this round. I pour sewing machine oil in the receiver and I have no malfunctions. Heavenly. I lube it so much, I get oil on my face. That is what you want to keep it going without any hitch. I use Tula ammo and Silver Bears ammo on all my AR 15s and Saiga r308 rifles. Same way, plenty of lubricant. Great plinking ammo, affordable and economical.

  4 range shooting in recreational shooting the tool is probably the cheapest rounds you can get however the accuracy is still pretty good being Steelcase and Russian ammo I would recommend this to any friends in any family and anybody that has a AR-15 because we all know brass is highly expensive and as long as you clean your gun you will never have a problem with shooting too ammo man has it for the cheapest shout out to my man ammo man

  I'm not an expert, this is just my opinion/experience.. My Bushmaster Texas DPS M4 loves PMC 55 grain FMJ, and I can shoot extremely tight groups with it. I saw the price on these Tula rounds, less than .25 per round with my Ammoman rewards, so I jumped on the 1000 round pack. This morning, (10/8/15) when I went to the range to sight in a new scope, I loaded up a couple of magazines with the Tula. After sighting in and shooting two 30 round mags of the PMC, I fired the two mags of Tula.. My opinion is, that in MY RIFLE, the Tula is not an accurate round. There is never a time when I'm just randomly shooting.. when I take my M4 to the range, it's to practice my breathing/trigger/etc technique, and I expect to be accurate. I live on the farm, and if I use my M4 on the property, it's to take a squirrel off a bird feeder.. If I need to shoot a deer or hog, I'm using my .308. Other than that, all my shooting is done at the range. Again, I'm not just shooting to be shooting.. I'm shooting to become a better shooter, and I want to be accurate every time I shoot. So, now I have 940 rounds of Tula that I'm not really sure is up to what I expect. Again, I'm not an expert.. I just feel more confident using the PMC in my M4
