Inconsistent and blowing primers.

Posted onI bought a 100 rounds, fired one box. I get one flyer that is 1 mil high in every 5 rds, and I had two drop. Inspected the primers and two were blown. I measured the COL and three of the boxes were all over the place, only two boxes were consistantly. The bullet tips were smashed. I'm thinking the cause is due to the packaging by Hornady, the rounds have to much freeplay allowing the rounds to bounce around inside the box. I have been in contact with Hornady, but still have no answers.
