Hornady's SST ammunition is a potent deer round for .308 Winchester rifles such as the AR-10 or Remington 700. Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 150 grain SST polymer tipped bullet at a muzzle velocity of 2,820 feet per second.

The SST bullet is one of Hornady's most successful designs. Its pointed tip provides excellent long-range accuracy and penetration while facilitating effective expansion upon contact with an animal. An Interlock ring mechanically binds the jacket and core and ensures maximum weight retention.

This ammo is loaded in Grand Island, Nebraska using non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases.
