Ideal for M-14s and other .308/7.62 rifles, these brass-cased cartridges follow M80 ball specs and fire a medium weight 147 grain FMJ bullet at about 2,800 feet per second out of the muzzle.The 7.62 NATO/.308 Winchester cartridge was originally designed for military purposes to replace the .30-06 Springfield. Today, it remains in use among snipers and machine gunners due to its long-range accuracy and power againt both vehicles and enemy troops. It is also a popular hunting round for the same reasons!
This ammunition is loaded in Oxford, Mississippi using non-corrosive boxer primers and brass cases. Each reusable ammo can contains 120 rounds.

Posted onI did not notice these rounds have a "steel" jacket. It's thin, not armor piercing, etc. For some odd reason my indoor range allow it in... They didn't read the box like didn't.
It performed ok. On my rifle, at 25 yards, it was about .5 to .75 MILs off to the right.
This Is ok for plinking etc. I could only imagine shooting a 100 yrds or more. But if you want highly accurate rds, buy match... But you will pay a lot more for it.
This perfect for practicing.
Will buy more later on.
