Winchester didn’t perfect the 350 Legend – they invented it. If you’re planning on putting the revolutionary straight-walled deer hunting cartridge to good use out in the woods this year, then you’d better tone up your aim ahead of time. For that you need nothing more than Winchester’s USA series training ammunition!

This cartridge is armed with a 145 grain full metal jacket. Make no mistake: Although no deer or pig would sign up to get slapped between the ribs with an FMJ, the bullet will not expand to create a wound channel that’s wider than 0.357” in diameter. You could easily plaster a varmint with one of these bullets, but it’s just not a proper choice for anchoring medium game.

Once it has cleared the muzzle at a rate of 2,350 fps, this round’s nonmagnetic flat base bullet will exhibit a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.186. Zero in at 100 yards and your trajectory should only peak at 0.38”. Zero in at 150 yards and you’re looking at closer to 1.76”. This is assuming your sight height is 1.5”, of course.
