While your older top-break revolver or Colt Police Positive chambered for .38 Smith & Wesson may no longer be in production, Remington has made an effort to keep your ammo supply flowing. These .38 S&W cartridges are built using modern components but loaded for moderate recoil and safe compatibility with older guns that were built for lower pressures. Each round features a brass casing with Remington's proprietary Kleanbore primer installed at the base.

Kleanbore primers are non-corrosive and won't degrade the quality of your barrel over time. Each round has a 146-grain lead round nose (LRN) bullet up top which is light for the caliber, allowing for accessible plinking. The LRN bullet's overall rounded shape makes for easier insertion into a cylinder and is ideal for handling paper, cardboard, and steel targets during practice.
