While standard pressure .40 S&W ammunition is snappy enough for most, those who want more power in their carry load will enjoy this Buffalo Bore hollow point ammunition.

Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a light 155 grain bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,300 feet per second--about 300 fps faster than typical ammunition for this caliber. This results in very strong expansion potential. The light weight of the bullet serves to partially (but by no means completely) mitigate the increased recoil and reduce the risk of overpenetration.

Buffalo Bore ammunition is loaded in Salmon, Idaho and uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases.
