45 ACP +P SPEER LAWMAN 200 GRAIN TMJ (50 ROUNDS)
Speer Gold Dots are some of the most cost-effective (and downright effective) self-defense hollow points on the market, but shooting them in high volumes can still put a hurt on your wallet. Fortunately, Speer has the solution with Lawman training ammunition. These economical cartridges mimic the external ballistics of Gold Dot loads while firing a much cheaper total metal jacket (TMJ) bullet. TMJ bullets also have encapsulated cores, which provides the added benefit of reduced airborne lead exposure. Each .45 ACP cartridge in this box of 50 fires a medium weight 200 grain bullet at a muzzle velocity of 975 feet per second. This is a +P load and should only be fired in handguns capable of accommodating its higher pressures. It also produces above average recoil, though a steel-framed or otherwise full-size handgun will mitigate this somewhat.
This ammunition uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases. Like other Speer cartridges, it is produced in Lewiston, Idaho.
