Woah there – you’re not actually thinking about going to the range without a whole bucket of 45 ACP, are you? Of course not! You need Remington’s simple yet effective UMC series ammunition, made in America and just the ticket for any firearm chambered for J.M. Browning’s greatest cartridge.

This is essentially the same ammo that the Army issued during WWI. It’s just a whole lot newer, and its Boxer primers are non-corrosive to boot. The 230 grain full metal jacket projectile produces enough chamber pressure to fully cycle a semi-auto before clearing the barrel at a rate of 835 fps, and its hard, nonmagnetic gilding metal exterior promotes steady feeding and reduced barrel fouling. Don’t use these rounds for self-defense unless you have no plan B, as the FMJ can’t deliver the terminal expansion which neutralizes a threat faster.

Remington’s uniform brass cases cycle efficiently, and they always make a great foundation for a handloading project. Keep the bucket once you’re done with it. You never know when you’ll have to bail out a canoe!
