Are you trying to shoot as much as possible, for as little money as possible? Then we’ve got good news: that’s perfectly possible! Wolf’s Turkish-made 45 ACP ammo isn’t free, but it is lower-priced than most other options. It’s also suitable for indoor range use!

This ammo owes its relatively low price tag to its steel cases. Ask any metallurgist and they’ll tell you the same thing: steel costs less to manufacture than brass. Steel is also more rigid than brass, which is why you’ll have no reason to attempt handloading this ammo’s cases. (Note that this ammo’s steel cases are brass-plated. Its primers are also noncorrosive, so no worries in that department.)

If you’re already used to firing Wolf ammo, then you’re no doubt familiar with their usual bimetal-jacketed FMJs which contain steel. This here ammo is different, however. Its 230 grain FMJs are 100% devoid of steel, which means they won’t do jack squat when they’re placed next to a magnet.
