About This Blazer 9mm Luger Ammunition
You need to fire a lot of ammo before you truly become a competent marksman. Unfortunately, that means you’re also going to have to pay for a lot of ammo as well. But that’s where Blazer makes things better. Their aluminum-cased ammo performs just like brass-cased – it just costs less! This 9mm ammo’s budget-friendly aluminum cases are heat-treated according to the process CCI developed back during the 1970s. They are supple enough to reliably extract from a semi-auto’s chamber, but their relative inelasticity does mean they won’t make suitable handloading components once fired.
Blazer’s aluminum-cased 9mm ammo is loaded with 115 grain full metal jacket projectiles. They are just like any normal brass-cased round’s FMJ: smooth feeding, clean shooting, and nonmagnetic. This round’s supersonic muzzle velocity is going to make a loud crack before the bullet establishes a nice and flat trajectory.
This ammo’s Berdan primers would greatly complicate handloading. That is intentional – Blazer really doesn’t want you to waste your time trying to reload this ammo. But Berdan primers are just as non-corrosive as the primers you’re probably already accustomed to firing!
