IMI Systems’ biggest job is supplying ammo to the Israeli Defense Force. But Tzahal isn’t the only organization that needs 9mm ammunition, so IMI sends these cartridges over to Ammo Man as well!

This cartridge is outfitted with IMI’s di-cut jacketed hollow point bullet. It sounds fancier than it really is – the bullet’s main distinction is the deep notches that have been milled into its rim, which promote more uniform expansion. This bullet’s jacket is also shaped to deliver reliable feeding, concentric to support better accuracy, and strong enough to prevent significant core/jacket separation throughout penetration.

This round’s 115 grain bullet establishes a supersonic velocity upon exiting a 4” barrel’s muzzle. At that rate it penetrates ballistic gelatin to an average depth of 12.5”, and expands to approximately 1.5 times its original 0.355” diameter.
