Federal HST ammunition is an ideal choice for self-defense. Originally designed to meet law enforcement requirements, it features a skived-tip hollow point bullet designed to produce dependable six-petal expansion without sacrificing the ability to penetrate through light barriers.

Posted onReceived very fast was surprised when it came. HST is simply the best defensive ammo in my opinion. 9mm 124 grains expand to .65 inches which is massive. Much larger than the Hornaday critcal line. HST has perfect FBI penetration through bare gel and heavy denim. Great ammo and worth every penny even in this current market.
