This round’s bullet is a jacketed hollow point. It doesn’t have a bonded jacket or any other fancy features; just a lead core with a nose cavity and brass jacket with a notched rim. It won’t draw a magnet. It will expand as it tunnels through soft tissue. Turan’s JHP also isn’t wasted if you only use it to shoot a range target.

Turan may reload brass on occasion. We confess to not knowing everything about the Turkish manufacturer. What we do know is that this ammo’s cases are still fresh as the day they were made. They’re also charged up with noncorrosive Boxer primers, so you won’t have to clean your pistol with boiling water.
